Our Stout Float is sure to capture the attentions of those with a sweet-tooth. Combining our luxuriously smooth Stag Stout with rich chocolate tastes and vanilla ice cream for balance, our Stout Float is easy to make and perfect for the chocolate lovers!

  • Stag Stout
  • 2 Medium Scoops of Vanilla Icecream
  • 2 Tablespoons of Chocolate Syrup
  • 1 Chocolate Flake

Step 1. Drizzle some chocolate syrup around the inside of the glass.

Step 2. Scoop 2 medium spoons of vanilla ice cream into the glass.

Step 3. Carefully fill the glass with Stag Stout.

Step 4. Pour some chocolate syrup on top with a sprinkling of chocolate shavings (we used some crumbles of a flake bar).

Step 5.  Enjoy!


The Berries is a great combination of contrasting flavours all creating a crisp and refreshing taste. With our  classic German style Stag Kolsch, Irish Gin with honey and lime for flavour, this cocktail will be a hit for those with a pallet for a range of tastes.

  • Juice of 1 Lime
  • 2 Tablespoons of Honey
  • 1 and a qtr oz’s Gin
  • Half bottle of Stag Kolsch
  • Ice
  • Slice of Lime (to garnish).

Step 1. Add Gin, Lime Juice and Honey to a Pint Glass.

Step 2. Vigorously stir until the honey has fully dissolved.

Step 3. Fill the glass partway with ice.

Step 4. Top with Stag Kolsch and gently stir to combine all ingredients.

Step 5.  Divide into glasses and top with a slice of lime to garnish.

Step 6. Enjoy!


Tis the season for the quintessential drink of the holiday season, Eggnog. With the combination of Stag Stout, Baileys and cream paired with vanilla and nutmeg this deliciously creamy take on the Christmas classic is sure to be a hit at your festive get togethers.

  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 ½ Cups of Cream
  • ½ Cup of Sugar
  • 1 Teaspoon of Vanilla
  • ½ Teaspoon of Ground Nutmeg
  • 12oz of Stag Stout
  • 8oz of Baileys

Step 1. Whisk the eggs, milk, cream and sugar together.

Step 2. Stir in the vanilla and nutmeg.

Step 3. Slowly add the Stag Stout and Baileys.

Step 4. Stir very well until all ingredients have been fully mixed.

Step 5.  Chill for at least an hour before serving and serve within 24 hours.

Step 6. Enjoy!


Delectably sweet and perfect for sipping, the Juicy Stag IPA Pineapple Slushie is perfect for those with a tropical sweet tooth. Full of pineapple and Stag IPA this cocktail is every bit as refreshing as it looks!

  • 3 Cups of Fresh Pineapple Chunks
  • 2 Cups of Ice Cubes
  • 12oz of Stag IPA
  • Juice of 1 Lime

Step 1. Peel, core and cut a fresh pineapple into chunks.

Step 2. Blend the pineapple chunks with the ice cubes.

Step 3. Add the pineapple juice and lime juice.

Step 4. Stir ingredients together until mixed.

Step 5.  Slowly pour the Stag IPA into the slushy mixture and serve.

Step 6. Enjoy!


Who doesn’t love a warm drink on a cold evening? Our Mulled Beer is sure to put the colour back into your face and give you that warm feeling inside. Using our Stag Stout, Brady and other ingredients, it’s sure to be a people pleaser even on the harshest of cold, wintery nights.

  • 18 oz or 1½ bottles of Stag Stout
  • 3 oz of Brandy.
  • 3½ tablespoons of Dark Brown Sugar
  • 4-6 Cloves to taste
  • 2 Star Anise
  • 1 Cinnamon Stick
  • ½ Teaspoon of Ground Nutmeg
  • 1 Orange (peel the top layer of skin only without the bitter white layer)

Step 1. In a saucepan mix the Stag Stout with the brown sugar and nutmeg.

Step 2. Add the cloves, star anise, cinnamon stick and orange.

Step 3. Bring to a gentle simmer (do not allow to boil).

Step 4. Stir the sugar to dissolve and let simmer for 2/3 minutes to become well infused with the spices.

Step 5.  Remove from heat and add brandy.

Step 6. Serve garnished with an orange slice.

Step 7. Enjoy!


In terms of effort vs reward, the Lightning Bubbles reigns supreme. For fans of the bubbly with an electric kick, this cocktail is sure to put some spring in your step.

  • Sparking Wine/Prosecco/Champagne
  • 1 Bottle of Black Lightning

Step 1. Fill half of a glass with Sparkling Wine/Prosecco/Champagne.

Step 2. Fill the rest of the glass with Black Lightning.

Step 3. Enjoy!


Some people just cant decide between a crisp kolsch and a bubbly mimosa. With the Stagmosa you can enjoy both at the same time! With Stag Kolsch, fruit and orange juice this cocktail not only looks great, it tastes great with a sweet citrus flavour.

  • Splash of Orange Juice
  • Ice Cubes
  • Frozen Fruit Pieces
  • 1 Bottle of Stag Kolsch

Step 1. Put Ice Cubes and Frozen Fruit into a glass.

Step 2. Add a splash of orange juice.

Step 3. Top up with Stag Kolsch.

Step 4. Enjoy!


Put a Spanish-style twist on your cocktail night with our Stag Sangria.  Combining the classic sangria ingredients like rosemary, cinnamon, cloves and fruit with whiskey and Stag Bán for an punch-style cocktail that is perfect for sharing.

  • 18mls Whiskey (we used West Cork Whiskey)
  • 1½ Bottles of Stag Ban
  • 350 mls of Citrus Water (we used 7up).
  • 60 mls of Orange juice.
  • 1 Orange
  • 1 Grapefruit
  • 1½ Cups of Halved Seedless Grapes
  • 1½ Cups of Cranberries
  • 1½ Cups of Blackberries
  • Cloves
  • 2 Cinnamon Sticks
  • 2 Sprigs of Rosemary

Step 1. Wash and cut all the fruit and place in a bottom of a large jug.

Step 2. Add Cloves, Cinnamon Sticks and Rosemary.

Step 3. Add Whiskey, Orange Juice and let soak for a few minutes.

Step 4. Prepare glass with Orange Slices and Ice Cubes.

Step 5. Pour Citrus Water into your glasses and then pour Whiskey into the fruit mixture.

Step 6. Top with Stag Bán and gently stir until fully mixed.

Step 7. Enjoy!


For a touch of class you can’t go wrong with the Whiskey Stag Bán Style. Packed with bright, warm and bold flavours this cocktail combines Whiskey and Stag Bán with Pomegranate an undeniably juicy taste and gorgeous colour.

  • 18mls Whiskey (we used West Cork Whiskey)
  • 1½ Bottles of Stag Ban
  • 350 mls of Citrus Water (we used 7up).
  • 60 mls of Orange juice.
  • 1 Orange
  • 1 Grapefruit
  • 1½ Cups of Halved Seedless Grapes
  • 1½ Cups of Cranberries
  • 1½ Cups of Blackberries
  • Cloves
  • 2 Cinnamon Sticks
  • 2 Sprigs of Rosemary

Step 1. Crack and open the Pomegranate and release the Seeds.

Step 2. Press the Pomegranate Seeds with the back of a spoon to release the juice.

Step 3. Fill a glass with the Pomegranate Seeds and Juice and add Ice Cubes.

Step 4. Measure 5mls of Whiskey into each glass and pour over Ice Cubes.

Step 5. Pour 18mls of Stag Bán in each glass and stir with Rosemary Sprig.

Step 6. Enjoy!
